Changmi Bedding’s premium Tencel beddings are made from 100% natural wood fibers of the Lenzing AG brand (Austria). This Tencel fabric is soft, cool, has minimal shrinkage, and especially limits shedding (except for the natural lint of the wood fibers). The fabric is softer than Cotton and Modal. Additionally, it has good moisture absorption and high antibacterial properties, is friendly to all skin types, providing comfort and contributing to a good night’s sleep for the user. Changmi is certified by Tencel™.

• A basic set includes: 1 fitted bedsheet, 1 duvet cover and 2 pillowcases.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Machine washable and dryable. Use gentle cycles with temperatures not exceeding 40°C and spin cycles under 1,000 RPM.
• Do not use harsh detergents when washing, as they may cause fabric fading and damage.
• Wash separately from other colors and items to prevent color bleeding.

STORAGE:

• Store in a dry area to avoid mildew or moisture damage.

• Ho Chi Minh City (urban areas): 24–48 hours after order confirmation.
• Other districts and provinces: 2–7 days depending on the location.

• Items must be clean, free of odors, moisture, or wrinkles.
• Original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, promotional gifts (if any), and invoice or delivery note must be intact.
• Not applicable to customized products with personalized colors or sizing.

• Within 20 days of receiving the product.

• Customers are responsible for covering both-way shipping fees, if applicable.
