The Joy pocket spring mattress offers perfect softness, noise reduction, does not disturb the person next to you when turning, and especially prevents body aches, providing the utmost comfort.

JOY Pocket Spring Mattress Material:

• Quilted layer: Premium breathable and anti-pilling Valize jacquard fabric. Underneath is a 3oz antibacterial Nano cotton layer.
• Comfort layer: 10mm reinforced cotton pad, 20mm support foam for softness, and 30mm foam for enhanced elasticity.
• Spring system: High-frequency tempered anti-rust steel springs. 2mm high-tensile steel wire, outer coil diameter 54mm, middle coil diameter 62mm, total spring pocket height 150mm, wrapped in non-woven fabric to reduce noise, 255 spring pockets/m².
• Quilted side panels: Foam jacquard fabric, 10mm foam for added softness.

Quality standards:

• Has passed strict quality control processes, providing good support along the body’s contours, preventing back pain after sleep.
• High antibacterial properties.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Machine washable and dryable. Use gentle cycles with temperatures not exceeding 40°C and spin cycles under 1,000 RPM.
• Do not use harsh detergents when washing, as they may cause fabric fading and damage.
• Wash separately from other colors and items to prevent color bleeding.

STORAGE:

• Store in a dry area to avoid mildew or moisture damage.

• Ho Chi Minh City (urban areas): 24–48 hours after order confirmation.
• Other districts and provinces: 2–7 days depending on the location.

• Items must be clean, free of odors, moisture, or wrinkles.
• Original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, promotional gifts (if any), and invoice or delivery note must be intact.
• Not applicable to customized products with personalized colors or sizing.

• Within 20 days of receiving the product.

• Customers are responsible for covering both-way shipping fees, if applicable.
